Gerectificeerd Een gerectificeerde tegel is een tegel waarvan de randen met een diamantschijf zijn vlakgeslepen. Door deze verwerkingsmethodiek zijn de tegels exact op maat en zijn de zijkanten van de tegel perfect haaks. Hierdoor kan de tegelzetter kleinere voegbreedtes gebruiken. Bij een gerectificeerde tegel dient een minimale voegbreedte worden toegepast van 1,5 a 2 miliimeter. Bij een niet-gerectificeerde tegel is dit 3 a 4 millimeter. Gerectificeerde tegels zijn kwetsbaarder dan niet-gerectificeerde tegels, verder is het oppervlakte waarop de tegel geplaatst wordt van groter belang!	Ja
Antislip waarde Slipklasse R-waarde volgens EN176 B1/ 177 B IIA/ 177 BIII Dit kenmerk wordt ook wel R-waarde genoemd. Deze methodiek is ontwikkeld om de anti-slip eigenschappen te bepalen voor keramische-, gres-, porcellanato-, geglazuurde en ongeglazuurde tegels die worden toegepast op vloeren met een uitglijrisico.
